8. Free Trial, Setup Fees, Payments, and Billing

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information
• Failed, late, reversed, or disputed payments may result in restricted or terminated access
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing

If you enroll in a paid service or continue after a trial, you authorize AuraSync and its service providers to charge the payment method on file for applicable subscription fees, usage charges, and unpaid balances.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Providers

AuraSync may use third-party platforms, vendors, processors, and service providers to operate and support its services, including tools for hosting, automation, communications, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, advertising, and customer support.

By using AuraSync services, you acknowledge that certain features may rely on third-party providers outside our direct control.

AuraSync is not responsible for outages, interruptions, carrier filtering, pricing changes, policy changes, feature changes, delays, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, audience, operations, compliance, response times, and external platform rules.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or use arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraSync’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AuraSync for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
