Overview

AuraSync Technologies, LLC (“AuraSync”) provides subscription-based software and engineered AI systems that are built, customized, and maintained for each client. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Subscription Plans

AuraSync plans are billed on either a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the option selected at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full term and renew annually unless canceled before renewal. All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Service access remains active through the remainder of that billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time. For annual subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals but does not result in a refund or prorated credit for the unused portion of the term.

One-Time Engineering / Setup Fees

Some AuraSync plans include a one-time engineering, onboarding, or system setup fee. All one-time fees are non-refundable once work has begun. These fees cover system architecture, AI configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment resources that are allocated immediately after signup.

Usage-Based Charges

Certain features, including but not limited to AI voice calls and messaging, are billed on a usage-based, pass-through basis. Usage charges are calculated based on actual system activity and are final and non-refundable, even if the subscription is later canceled. Usage fees may appear on the same invoice or the following billing cycle, depending on timing.

No Refunds for Performance Expectations

AuraSync provides technology and system engineering but does not guarantee business outcomes, including lead volume, bookings, revenue, or conversion rates. Refunds are not issued due to dissatisfaction with results, business performance, missed leads caused by third-party tools, improper setup of client-provided numbers, calendars, or accounts, or failure to follow onboarding or compliance instructions.

Account Suspension or Termination

AuraSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without refund if a client violates the Terms of Service, engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or uses the platform in violation of communication, consent, or compliance laws.

Policy Updates

AuraSync may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
