    Refund Policy

    This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the billing, cancellation, and refund terms for services provided by AuraSync Technologies, LLC (“AuraSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

    By purchasing or subscribing to AuraSync services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

    SERVICE FEES

    AuraSync provides technology services including business automation systems, communication tools, CRM platforms, marketing automation, website hosting, and related digital services.

    Depending on the service purchased, fees may include:

    • setup or engineering fees
    • subscription platform fees
    • hosting and maintenance fees
    • professional service fees
    • usage-based charges (such as calls, SMS, email delivery, or AI processing)

    All fees are billed according to the service agreement or selected plan.

    SETUP & ENGINEERING FEES

    Setup, onboarding, configuration, and engineering fees are non-refundable.

    These fees cover time, technical configuration, platform setup, system integration, and customization work required to prepare your account and services.

    Once work has begun or systems have been provisioned, setup fees cannot be refunded.

    SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

    AuraSync services may be offered as recurring subscriptions.

    Subscriptions are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

    Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

    Your subscription will remain active until it is canceled.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund previously billed periods.

    After cancellation:

    • your account may remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
    • platform access may be suspended or removed after the billing period ends
    • certain hosted services may be discontinued

    If your service includes hosted websites, automation systems, or communication infrastructure, those systems may be disabled when service ends.

    DATA ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

    Clients are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain prior to account closure.

    This may include:

    • contact lists
    • CRM records
    • marketing campaigns
    • workflow configurations
    • reports and analytics

    AuraSync may remove platform access and stored data after a reasonable retention period following cancellation.

    USAGE-BASED CHARGES

    Some services include usage-based fees such as:

    • phone call minutes
    • SMS messaging
    • email delivery
    • AI processing
    • third-party service charges

    These fees are billed based on actual usage and are non-refundable.

    PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

    If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact AuraSync support before initiating a payment dispute.

    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

    • suspension of services
    • account termination
    • recovery of disputed fees through collections or legal remedies where permitted

    SERVICE TERMINATION

    AuraSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

    • non-payment
    • violation of Terms of Service
    • misuse of the platform
    • illegal activity

    Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

    EXCEPTIONS

    Refunds may only be issued if explicitly approved in writing by AuraSync management.

    Any approved refund will be issued at AuraSync’s discretion.
