AuraSync does not sell personal data.
AI & AUTOMATION PROCESSING
AuraSync uses artificial intelligence, automation, and machine learning technologies to provide Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that calls, messages, inputs, outputs, and interaction data may be processed by AI systems.
AI-generated outputs are algorithmic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for specific purposes. AuraSync does not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs. Client data is not used to train public or consumer AI models unless explicitly agreed in writing.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
AuraSync uses third-party service providers for infrastructure, hosting, analytics, AI processing, automation, telephony, SMS and messaging delivery, email services, payment processing, and customer support. These providers may process personal data under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
AuraSync is not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, or policies of third-party providers.

Data may be stored and processed within AuraSync systems and by authorized third-party providers. Data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Clients are responsible for exporting or retrieving their data prior to cancellation or termination. AuraSync may delete or anonymize data after termination in accordance with retention policies.
Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) may be available upon written request for qualifying clients.
DATA SECURITY
AuraSync implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and AuraSync cannot guarantee complete protection of electronic data.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for obtaining all required consents for calls, messages, recordings, AI processing, and data collection, complying with applicable privacy, data protection, and communication laws, and determining whether the Services are suitable for their regulatory or industry requirements.

HIPAA & SENSITIVE DATA DISCLAIMER
AuraSync is not a healthcare provider and does not claim HIPAA compliance unless explicitly agreed in writing. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or other regulated or highly sensitive data unless a separate written agreement is in place.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. AuraSync does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
YOUR RIGHTS
